The purpose of this Operation and Management Policy for Visual Data Processing Devices is to inform you of the purpose and method of use and management of visual data processed by Lotte Hotels and Resorts (hereinafter "the Company").
The Company installs and operates visual data processing devices for the following purposes under the Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act:

- Processing method : To record the use of personal visual data for other purposes, provision of data to third parties, disposal and viewing, and to destroy the expired data in a non-recoverable way (shredding or incineration for output)
You may ask the operator of the visual data processing device at any time if you wish to view, check or delete your personal visual data,
provided that the visual data must include your image, and that the personal visual data be clearly required for protection of life, body and property of the data subject. The Company will take the necessary measures without delay if you ask for viewing, checking or deletion of personal visual data.
The Company processes the visual data securely through encryption or other measures. In addition, as an administrative measures to protect personal visual data, the Company gives different access rights to personal information. The Company also records the date and time of creation of personal visual data, and purpose, viewer and date/time of viewing, in order to prevent forgery or unauthorized alteration of data. In addition, the Company installed locks for physically secured storage of the personal visual data.
This Operation and Management Policy for Visual Data Processing Devices was enacted on May 28, 2019. Any addition, deletion or revision of the policy according to the change of laws, policies or security technologies will be posted, together with the reason and content of change, on the Company's website at least 7 days in prior to enforcement.
