You can enter the theme park before check-in. If you show your room reservation number, you will receive the guest discount. The guest discount is applicable from the day of check-in until the day of check-out.

Q How can I get authorized with my membership number on the website.

Join in, and select My Page > Authenticate Ownership Member / Affiliate, and enter your membership number.
<Private membership>
- You and your family member can get authenticated with the card number.
<Corporate membership>
- Only the person in charge of the membership can get authorized with the representative number (last two digits are 00).
(※ Bearer member of a corporate membership cannot be authenticated.)
Q Can I get my room assigned before checking in?

Rooms are assigned at the front desk at checking-in. No advanced assignment is allowed.
Q What should I do to change the person in charge of the corporate membership?

If you wish to change the person in charge of the corporate membership, the person must join in, select My Page > Authenticate Ownership Member / Affiliate, and apply for change of person in charge.
You need to enter the required information and attach the emptyary evidence for approval of the administrator. When change of the person in charge is completed, notification will be sent to the phone of the new person in charge. After receiving the notice, you can use the membership service through authentication of the ownership.
