• You can report lost articles on the Customer Voice.

  • Please leave detailed information about the lost articles, and we will contact you after checking the found articles.

    (Example: reservation number, departure date and room number)

  • If you attach a photo of the lost article, we can find it more quickly.


  • Found or lost jewelry will be transferred to the police in accordance with Article 1(1) of the Lost Articles Act. (Lost and found articles reported between 1st and 15th of each month will be transferred to the police on 22nd of the month, and those reported between 16th and 31st will be transferred on 7th day of the following month.)
  • Other articles except jewelry will be retained in the resort for up to 6 month.
  • Food is disposed of on the same day. We do not keep after that day.
